Job summary

The Atlee Station Family YMCA is seeking part-time Wellness Coaches to engage with members and support wellness activities. Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Weekend shifts (Sat/Sun or both) and weekday opening shifts (5:15-9:00am) are sought.

Coaching duties include member relations, orientations, equipment cleaning, and assisting on the wellness floor. Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid are required or will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required.
• We will certify you if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members on the wellness floor.
• Provide equipment orientations to members.
• Clean equipment to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Assist members on the wellness floor as needed.
