Job summary

TOX PRESSOTECHNIK, in Warrenville, IL, seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage customer receivables and drive timely collections on a part-time basis.

The role entails owning assigned accounts, resolving disputes, and coordinating with internal teams to secure payments. 20–25 hours weekly, with a start hourly pay of $24.00–$28.00 and a benefits package including 401(k) matching and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of B2B accounts receivable and collections experience.
• Experience resolving customer deductions, short payments and disputed invoices.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or business-to-business environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned customer accounts and actively manage receivables.
• Review AR aging and prioritize collections based on balance and age.
• Contact customers by phone and email to secure payment commitments.
• Investigate past-due invoices, deductions, and disputes to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Service, Shipping and Accounting to resolve disputes.
• Maintain documentation of collection activity and follow up on promises.
• Escalate high-risk accounts to Controller as needed.
• Provide regular reporting on delinquencies and collection activity.
