Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an on-site role in Merrimack, NH. The position supports processing invoices, ensuring proper approvals, coding, and timely payments while maintaining vendor relationships.

Requires a high school diploma and at least two years in AP/Accounting, with strong Excel and general ledger knowledge. Work week is 25 hours, Monday–Friday, in the Accounting Department.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in Accounts Payable, Payroll, or Accounting.
• Knowledge of accounts payable principles, procedures, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, validate, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Code invoices accurately using general ledger accounts and prepare payment batches.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation and 1099 reporting requirements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare weekly check runs and monthly OIG/vendor reports.
