The role emphasizes confidentiality and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include handling garnishments and deductions, organizing invoices, and supporting accounts payable while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; accounting/business coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years in accounting, payroll, or admin support preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential payroll and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain deposit payments; investigate discrepancies.
• Support weekly payroll processing and respond to payroll questions.
• Maintain accounting records; organize invoices and supporting documents.
• Provide backup to Accounts Payable and other accounting duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
