Job summary

Midway Auto Group seeks an Accounting Intern (part time) to support its Business Office in Los Angeles. This 90 day internship requires a bachelor’s degree or current enrollment with graduation in Winter 2026–Spring 2027. Accounting/Finance background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or pursuing one with 2026–2027 graduation.
• Proficiency in typing speed and 10-key by touch is required.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to multi-task in a busy environment; 20–24 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update vehicle data in rental and title software.
• Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory and flooring schedule.
• Process titles, registrations, and related documents for new vehicles.
• Enter funding receipts and reconcile schedules; keep records organized.
• Handle AP/AR and assist with various projects as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with background checks and driving history standards.
• Assist in transporting company vehicles as needed.
