Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain and balance complex financial records and reports.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping and accounting records, post journal entries and reconcile ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for accounts and funds.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and petty cash processes.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile vendor records.
• Support payroll-related deductions and assist with financial aid disbursements.
