Job summary

Valor Christian High School is seeking an Accountant to join a finance team focused on timely internal financial statements and reports. The role handles accounts payable, cash receipts, invoice processing, check printing and bank deposits while requiring solid accounting skills and excellent customer service.

This in-person, part-time position offices at Valor Christian Business Offices, near Cherry Hills Community Church.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 2–5 years in bookkeeping/accounting roles.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice and expense report processing with verified coding accuracy.
• Prepare and process regular check runs to meet payment schedules.
• Maintain Valor’s credit card process with compliance and reporting of expenses.
• Record deposits from multiple revenue streams.
• Assist with monthly close process.
• Serve as point of contact for vendor inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
