Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel per site access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access logs.
• Screen inbound/outbound vehicle traffic and confirm appointments per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to access-control incidents and alarms; escalate per protocol.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, yards, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
