Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Access Control in Fort Worth, TX. You will protect residents and enforce site policies while delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

As a Part-Time role, you can build a flexible schedule via our Claim a Shift platform. The position requires basic computer skills, badge access experience, and a high school diploma, with background checks and drug screening as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply in certain states/localities.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide access-control procedures and guest services at the site.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor, vendor, and incident logs per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and escalation in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct patrols of entrances, common areas, and parking to deter unauthorized activity.
