Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under applicable laws.
• Background history considered in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and incident response.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials and access rights.
• Maintain access-control and incident documentation, including credential issuance and return.
• Respond to access-control incidents and alarms with appropriate notification to leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
