Allied Universal is seeking a part-time, unarmed Security Officer Enhanced for Louisville, KY. This role offers reliable fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our platform, boosting earnings and site exposure. Pay rate is $17.68 per hour with a 2:00 PM–6:00 PM schedule.

The position emphasizes customer service, incident response, and regular patrols across assigned sites, with a six-month anchor shift and growth options within a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including business areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.
