Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain entry records, and control access to restricted areas in accordance with site procedures.
Screen incoming and outgoing vehicles, drivers, and deliveries as directed; communicate access issues, unusual activity, and policy concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
