Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees and visitors at an automotive business location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security policies.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals according to site procedures.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, facilities, and perimeter.
Document incidents and access-control activities accurately and communicate information to supervision and site contacts.
