Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Control access by verifying identification, authorizations, visitor credentials, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor entry/exit points, alarms, and cameras; report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures; notify emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of production areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification, authorizations, visitor credentials, and delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry and exit points, access control systems, alarms, and cameras, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying emergency services and/or site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
