Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive facility by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Verify credentials, issue visitor passes, maintain logs, and communicate entry requirements.
• Monitor entry/exit points, vehicle traffic, and access-control systems; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
