Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors at an automotive business location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, facilities, and perimeter.
• Document incidents and access-control activities accurately and communicate information to supervision and site contacts.

• Sat 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Sun 05:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive business location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized individuals according to established site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, business facilities, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Document incidents, access-control activities, and policy violations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
