Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Experience operating alarm panel systems and responding to alerts.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets and common software.
• Strong customer service skills for interacting with employees and visitors.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors while following site access procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and manage visitor authorizations per site rules.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records and report discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following security protocols in a calm manner.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
