Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Screen deliveries, drivers, contractors, and visitors per site procedures and direct them to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly, reporting concerns to site leadership and management.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
