Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and staff while following security procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of retail areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, hazards, and access concerns; report observations to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Assist with access control, opening/closing duties, and documentation of daily activities.
