Allied Universal, Moreno Valley, CA, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Credential Records to protect client sites and ensure secure access. The role emphasizes customer service, incident response, and adherence to site procedures, with the flexibility to build shifts through our Claim a Shift platform.

Position requires a Guard Card (preferred), minimum age 18 (21 for armed roles), a high school diploma, background checks, and a drug screen. Driving positions may require a valid license.

Qualifications

• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, greeting visitors, and documenting entries/exits.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, notifying appropriate personnel and following protocols.
• Maintain accurate access-control records, visitor logs, and incident documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; varies by client site.
