Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and access-control activities.
• Monitor entry/exit points; verify credentials and authorization per site requirements.
• Maintain accurate access records and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents calmly following reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols around the site and monitor access points.
