Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Management in Lebanon, IN. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with an opportunity to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Salary is $22.00 per hour with a schedule that includes Thursday and Friday overnights. The position emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident response at a commercial real estate site.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization credentials, manage visitor sign‑in processes, and maintain accurate access‑related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with property management, building occupants, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access issues, and security‑related observations.
