Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting entries, and directing guests according to procedures.
• Observe activity at entry points; report unauthorized access and policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents with calm problem-solving and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter; document observations.
