Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state or local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors per site policies and access-control protocols.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain entry records, and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and security-related situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with controlling vehicle and pedestrian access and documenting incidents.
