Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories per laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by enforcing site access procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and notify leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, facility areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document daily activities and observations using logs and access control systems.
