Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• State, county, or city security license preferred.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and able to drive if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and maintain access logs.
• Control access to restricted areas and issue visitor badges.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following established emergency procedures.
• Conduct patrols of assigned access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
