Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
Manage access control points by verifying credentials and directing individuals.
Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site personnel and responders.
Monitor access systems, alarms, cameras, and document observations and incidents.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
