Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• A background investigation will be conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in offices, parking facilities, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting observations and escalating concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally following post orders and protocols.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and maintain communications with leadership and clients.
