Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Identity Access Patrol in Elmsford, NY. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and support badge processes while delivering excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.

The role requires patrols of docks, parking areas, and perimeters, with a focus on security procedures, incident response, and clear communication. This is a part-time position with a flexible evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Control access to the distribution location by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and documenting visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
• Monitor access-control systems, alarms, and cameras; report irregular activity and follow site-specific escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of dock areas, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access.
