Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Subject to background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping documentation, and maintain visitor records.
• Control access to restricted areas and coordinate gate traffic with site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
