Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Monitor and manage access points by verifying entry and directing visitors.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and communicate observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail/mall locations and report maintenance or security concerns.
• Deter unauthorized access through professional presence and compliant access-control practices.
