Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility; verify credentials and document visitors.
• Direct authorized personnel to proper areas and coordinate gate access for deliveries.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking lots, and perimeter.
