Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state regulations.
• Driver license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles entering or leaving the property.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery logs per site procedures.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, perimeter, and industrial work areas.
