Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors while enforcing site security procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, maintain records.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and security situations; notify appropriate personnel and document observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, deter unauthorized activity.
• Report maintenance and security concerns to site management.
