You will verify access, monitor activity, and maintain logs while delivering friendly customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while observing access procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and control access for personnel and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor, vendor, and vehicle logs and issue access credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
