Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site policies and access-control requirements.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify identifications, and manage visitor/contractor access.
• Maintain accurate access-control records per site procedures and respond to incidents calmly.
