Qualifications

1 year of security-related experience or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and observe activity to report unauthorized access.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to post orders.
Prepare daily activity reports and communicate security information to leadership.
