Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry by reviewing identification and logs.
• Control access to restricted areas by issuing and documenting credentials and passes.
• Respond to access‑control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized entry and identify security concerns.
