Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Credential Enrollment at a logistics and distribution site in Wilmington, CA. You will verify credentials, control visitor access, and maintain secure entry points while supporting site operations.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain access control experience. Prior security or customer service experience is preferred, with a background check and drug screen as part of employment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility and verify credentials.
• Inspect inbound/outbound traffic and shipments to protect personnel and operations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter; site work may vary by location.
