Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Access Management in Tipp City, OH. You will support access control at a healthcare site, verify credentials, assist visitors, and maintain secure, welcoming environments in alignment with our values of agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

Qualificações

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking locations, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and observations.
