Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols within healthcare facilities and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and entry procedures.
• Document incidents and patrol activity per reporting requirements.
