Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other individuals by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to leadership and site contacts.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership.
