Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining logs, and directing authorized individuals.
• Protect restricted production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, and administrative areas by monitoring access activity and reporting unauthorized entry attempts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, exits, perimeter, parking, and spaces; document observations and report maintenance or security concerns.
