Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain records.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents; notify site contacts and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, lobby, parking, and perimeter.
• Document incidents and access-control activities per site procedures.
