Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and access permissions.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate according to protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access-related records while protecting confidential information.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances and access points to deter unauthorized entry and identify security concerns.
