Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees through access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue temporary access, and maintain logs.
• Screen deliveries, vendors, and visitors according to site requirements and direct them to check-in areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking, grounds, and perimeter areas to identify security concerns.
