Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Provo, Utah, to help manage entry points, verify access, and monitor activity at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will represent our team with professionalism while delivering reliable customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving post; CPR/First Aid and a guard card are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred; guard card/license preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Control access to the facility by verifying identification, registrations, and authorization for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries entering restricted areas.
Monitor access points, gates, and security-related systems and maintain accurate visitor/contractor/vehicle/incident documentation.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures while notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter.
