Allied Universal, a leading security services provider, seeks a Security Officer Entry Authorization in Corpus Christi, TX. This part-time role involves monitoring entry points, verifying access, and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

The position requires at least 2 years of security experience, a TSA TWIC, and a high school diploma or equivalent; licensing is preferred. Earn $17.50 per hour with flexible day schedules and access to shift-crafting tools.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control requirements.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner with site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access areas, facilities, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized entry.
• Prepare accurate reports and shift documentation regarding access activity and incidents.
