Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer general academic questions and help students navigate Rowan experience.
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and maintain calendars.
• Assist with organizing databases, workshops, and events.
• Schedule student appointments and send reminders.
• Track no-shows and cancellations and assist with rescheduling.
• Assist with Open Houses, orientations, and tabling events.
