Be responsible for providing academic and success coaching to Plainview WBU students over a variety of areas associated with student success.

Associate or Bachelor degree strongly preferred in education, psychology, social sciences, social work, counseling, child development, or any other related field.
Preference given to candidates with higher education, teaching or counseling experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English) desired.
The work environment for this position is a standard office setting. Employees will work primarily at a desk or workstation, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The office maintains a controlled temperature. Noise levels are generally moderate, with typical office sounds such as conversations, foot traffic and phones.
— Normal work days are Monday through Friday. Since this position is part-time, up to 29 hrs/week may be logged. A timesheet will be submitted bi-monthly. There is an opportunity for these hours to be flexible in days of the week and time of day with consideration given to student high-volume time periods.
Employment is subject to an introductory period to monitor employee performance. If hired, the prospective employee must present documentation within three (3) days of hire date to establish identity and employment eligibility as required by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
